Everyone is welcome!

The Service Dog Project is a non-profit that heavily depends on donations and fundraising to continue their mission of providing service dogs to those in need, free of charge. The farm runs multiple programs to this end. Click to explore the "Shat Upon Society of Ipswich" or the Sunday Open House!

The Shat Upon Society of Ipswich

The first Sunday of every month, The Service Dog Project hosts an event like no other: the Chicken Brick Fundraiser. This is SDP's primary fundraiser. For $10, anyone can purchase numbered squares to participate.

Open House

Serving the community is an important component to The Service Dog Project. Every Sunday the farm opens its doors to the public for their "Sunday Stew" Open House.

From noon to 4 p.m. visitors are encouraged to take a look around the farm and explore the world of service animals. There are no stupid questions here! The members of the farm love to share information about service dogs and encourage people to reach out about volunteering. Helping around the farm acts as a meaningful task for the elderly, community service for teens, and even therapy for military veterans who might feel disconnected.
